Meet Our Team

Meet our Executive Director, Miss Harley. She holds a Level Three certification in Early Childhood Education and joined the Sundre Daycare Centre in November 2022. With over eight years of experience in the field, Miss Harley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

In her spare time, Miss Harley enjoys baking and spending time with her cat, Gary.

Meet Miss Jacqueline, she holds a Level Three certification in Early Childhood Education and a certification in Human Services Foundation. She joined the Sundre Daycare Centre in February 2023.

Miss Jacqueline moved to Sundre with her husband and two daughters from Ontario in July 2022. They have been busy exploring the area through camping and hiking with their two dogs.

Meet Miss Brooklyn,  She holds a Level One certification in Early Childhood Education and has been with SDC since October 2012. Miss Brooklyn is dedicated to providing the best quality of care for our little ones. She enjoys discovering new, fun, and exciting ways to interact and teach!

Meet Mr. Winston, who currently holds a Level One certification in Early Childhood Education and has been with SDC since February 2024.

Meet Mr. Markus, who holds a Level One certification in Early Childhood Education, is pursuing his Level Two, and has been with SDC since 2016. Known for his energetic personality, Mr. Markus can often be found playing in the park or hosting lively dance parties in the classroom.

In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and playing board games with his family.

Meet Mr. Bailey, our Out Of School Care instructor. He holds a Level One certification in Early Childhood Education and has been with SDC since October 2021.

Meet Miss Ashley  Her teaching philosophy is inspired by a quote she encountered on an office wall by author Brooke Hampton: "Speak to children as if they are the wisest, kindest, most beautiful, and magical humans on earth. For what they believe is what they will become." This quote resonated deeply with her and guides her interactions with both her own children and those she teaches.

Outside of work, Miss Ashley loves exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two young boys. 

Meet Miss.Kyla who currently holds a level one in early childhood education and is wokring on finishing her Educational Assistant Diploma! Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and spending as much time as she can in nature! Kyla is a kind, empathetic educator who loves to have fun and get messy! 

Meet Miss.Tyra who currently holds a level one in early childhood education and is heading into her level 2 in January! Miss.Tyra enjoys spending time with her family and spending as much time as she can outside! Miss.Tyra is a fun and energetic educator who is always up for a game of tag!
